TO THE POINT...
(8/27/07 - North Wales Boro)- It was just before
6pm on a Monday night when Ladder 18 responded on the call for a
building fire at the Point Service Station on Walnut Street in
North Wales Boro.
Chief 62 established
command after reporting fire in the ceiling.
Squad 62's crew opened the
ceiling and made a quick knock on the
flames while Ladder 18's crew hit the roof in the rear to check
for extension.
One female civilian was
transported by the Volunteer Medical Service Corps for
observation.
All units were available
within an hour.
