The cause of the blaze remains under investigation by the Montgomery Township Fire Marshal's Office.

The Fire Department of Montgomery Township was assisted by units from Hilltown Fire Company, Chalfont Fire Company, Warrington Fire Company, Wissahickon Fire Company, Montgomery County Field Communications and Incident Support Team, Norriton Fire Company, North Penn Fire Company, Horsham Fire Company, Hatfield Fire Company, and the Volunteer Medical Service Corps.
